The Duncan Family founded primrose Cartage and Excavating Ltd. in 1936, later to be passed down to Mike and Merril Duncan. In 1999, Reginald Stobo purchased the business and sought to establish the same relation with the community and prosper as a competitive construction company. Continuing the tradition as a family oriented business he operates the company with his two sons Shawn Stobo and Joseph Stobo.
